Titan is led by a seasoned management team with decades of experience gained in the oil and gas industry. Guiding the company into its next chapter of growth are CEO Chris Werner, Senior Vice President – Operations Mike Grimland (all former senior Exterran leaders), and Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing Patrick Sansotta (former Baker Hughes/GE Oil and Gas), CFO Nidhi Gupta, as well as the Vice President of Engineering Zachary Harding Goff. This senior management team is bringing needed capacity to the marketplace supported by a veteran engineering team with a rich skill-set of product and design knowledge. Moving forward, Titan will continue to be differentiated by its strong in-house design and engineering capabilities and its ability to produce and deliver high volumes of large, complex and customized products.
Chris has more than 35 years of experience in leadership roles, Chris brings an operational mindset with a depth of leadership that is essential to the Company’s success. Prior to being hired as Chief Executive Officer of Titan in July 2018, Chris was an Executive Officer at Exterran Corporation where he had dual roles as both the Senior Vice President of Global Operations and CEO Exterran Italy. Before joining Exterran in 2009, Chris had a distinguished career leading manufacturing organizations with blue-chip firms such as GE, Black & Decker, and Goodyear. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Nidhi brings over 16 years of distinguished experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on the energy sector. She has held pivotal leadership positions at globally respected organizations such as Rolls-Royce, Forum Energy Technologies, and Burckhardt Compression. Prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Titan in February 2025, Nidhi served in the same capacity at American Packing and Gasket, where she played a critical role in driving financial strategy and operational excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India, and earned dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Financial Economics from Ohio University.
Patrick has 15 years experience in sales and 8 years oil and gas sales experience.
Patrick has held key positions at Nucor Steel, Baker Hughes and most recently was the Sales Leader for the Western and Eastern US and Key Account Manager for Kinder Morgan at Cooper Machinery Services. Patrick Graduated from The University of North Florida in Jacksonville with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In his free time, he likes to play golf and spend time with his wife and daughter.
Zach is a Veteran U.S. Air Force Captain and current licensed Professional Engineer. Zach has 11 years engineering leadership experience in the oil and gas manufacturing industry formerly with Exterran, LEED Fabrication, Tri-Point, L&L Fabrication and Ursa Major.
Mike is the Former Director of Operations for both of Exterran’s Compression and Production Equipment businesses; managing Project Management, Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, HSE, Quality & Manufacturing. Mike brings an external and internal perspective, as he’s also held the role of VP of Operations for one of Titan’s largest competitors PermianLide.
